How do I manually sync inventory from QuickBooks Desktop to my website?

Instructions

Here are the steps:

  1. Log into Connex.
  2. Next to your connection, click settings.
  3. On the left, click inventory.
  4. Our software pulls recent updates to products. If you recently updated the items, change the timers.
  5. Click save settings.
  6. If you use QuickBooks Online, click dashboard. Wait for the sync to finish. 
  7. If you use QuickBooks Desktop, run your web connector.
  8. Scroll down to successful inventory syncs.
