Why is the refund quantity always one?
Refunds will always map as one
On the Amazon settlement report, Amazon sends no refund quantity. Therefore, Connex will always map one as the quantity. The total shall be correct.
Here is the data for a sale:
The quantity for sales will map correctly, but refunds shall map as one.
Here is the data for a refund:
