Problem

You are trying to sync too many sales.

Description

Connex can sync a maximum of 500 sales from QuickBooks before the sync will fail.

Solutions

Sync sales with a class

We recommend changing your mode from sync regardless of class to a class name. This filters the sales. At times, another app can modify a large number of sales. To change the setting, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Click manage.
  3. Expand orders > sync orders from QuickBooks.
  4. Under class, enter a class name:
  5. In QuickBooks, add a class. In this example, we added ShipStation:
  6. Save the sale.
  7. Run your web connector.

Sync sales by date created

  1. Click Manage
  2. Choose "Orders from QuickBooks"
  3. Find the checkbox that says "Sync transactions by date created" and select it
  4. Click "Save Settings"

Manual Sync

You must enter a list of order number or try a 24 hour range:

  1. Log into Connex.
  2. Click manual sync.
  3. Enter a 24 hour date range or a comma separated list of order numbers to sync.
