What are the plan levels for 2022?

A summary of different plans

I purchased after July 1, 2022. What are my benefits?

We only have one plan for new users called platinum. The benefits are 36,000 sales and 3 selling channels. Additional channels are billable.

I purchased before July 1, 2022. What are my benefits?

Our silver and gold plans are no longer available to new users. Before July, there were three plans:

  • Our silver plan offers 12,000 annual sales and one selling channel. Prior to July, we offered unlimited channels. If you have more than one channel and you need to add more, please contact us.
  • Our gold plan offers 24,000 annual sales and two selling channels. Prior to July, we offered unlimited channels. If you have more than two channels and you need to add more, please contact us.
  • Our platinum plan offers 36,000 annual sales and three selling channels. Prior to July, we offered unlimited channels. Our deposit matching tool requires this plan.

If you go over your allotment, we charge ten cents an order. For more info, review metered bill.

In September and October of 2022, we are increasing the pricing of users based on selling channels:

  1. If you have two channels, you are upgraded to gold.
  2. If you have three or more channels, you are upgraded to platinum.
  3. If you have more than three channels, there is a $1,000 fee per channel.

The price increase does include more sales, if your plan changes.

What other benefits are included?

We now offer these benefits to all users, since we are upgrading price. Here are the benefits:

  • Two way inventory sync
  • Automated deposit matching
  • U.S. based support
  • Account manager is available on our platinum plan
