What support is available for the 14-Day Trial?
Connex offers a help desk ticketing system to triage trial support issues. There are two ways to open a help desk support ticket:
1. From within the Connex application, login to Connex, click Help > Submit a Support Ticket.
2. You can submit a support ticket directly by clicking here.
Please complete the support form as completely as possible. Please be specific. Our dedicated support team will respond to your inquiry within 24 business hours (or less).

What support is available for the paid subscriber with the 30 day refund?
Sync with Connex offers a 60-minute on-boarding and set-up session with the purchase of a subscription. Please click here for more details about the on-boarding session with us.
Sync with Connex offers a refund if you decide to cancel your subscription within 30 days of initial purchase. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for more details.
I want to convert from trial to paid, so I receive set-up assistance. What are the next steps?
Here are the steps:
- Log into Connex.
- Click your name on the top right and my account.
- Click upgrade from trial to paid account:
