My ShipStation orders have no line items

Resync sales


Orders from QuickBooks to ShipStation sync without line items.

We are working with ShipStation to resolve this sporadic issue. To resync, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Click manage.
  3. Expand orders  > sync orders from QuickBooks.
  4. Set the sync dates back 24 hrs.
  5. Check update orders:
  6. Click save.
  7. Run the web connector.
  8. Return to the configure page and uncheck update orders.
