My ShipStation orders have no line items
Orders from QuickBooks to ShipStation sync without line items.
Here is a screenshot:
We are working with ShipStation to resolve this sporadic issue. To resync, follow these steps:
- Login to Connex.
- Click manage.
- Expand orders > sync orders from QuickBooks.
- Set the sync dates back 24 hrs.
- Check update orders:
- Click save.
- Run the web connector.
- Return to the configure page and uncheck update orders.
