I have a rule that maps a product, but the value is incorrect
How to fix rules that fail to match products
Problem
A product is mismatched between QuickBooks and your selling channel. You created a rule to fix the matching issue, but the sale fails to sync.
Description
The mapping is still incorrect. Here is a rule. Notice question 4 and QuickBooks are mismatched:

Fix the rule
Here are the steps:
- Log into Connex.
- Click rules > my rules.
- Locate the rule.
- Click edit.
- Change question 4 to the proper SKU. In this case, it's TRAP(1.8#)
