I am a starter or growth subscriber. How do I upgrade?

If you have more sales than the new plans allow, you can subscribe to metered billing or upgrade plan levels

How do I upgrade to a higher subscription level?

Follow these steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. On the top right, click your name.
  3. Click my account:
  4. Click change plan.
  5. Choose the annual or monthly option:
  6. Click submit.
  7. From the portal, choose a plan.
  8. Please allow a few minutes for the change to take affect.

What are the tiers of service?

As of 7/14/2021, Connex now offers three tiers of service; silver, gold, and platinum. The number of sales has changed. Here is our pricing as of 7/14/2021:

The micro, starter, growth, and pro plans are no longer offered to new users. Existing subscribers can still use the syncing benefits, but cannot submit support tickets. We allow no downgrades or upgrades to these plans. If you need ticket support, please upgrade to the Silver plan. 

If you need no new benefits and just need more orders, you can buy more orders. To upgrade, there are three options:

  1. You can use metered billing. You are charged per order over your limit.
  2. Prior to 8/16/2021, you can buy orders in batches of 2,000. Log into Connex. Click your name and my account on the top right. Click buy more orders.
  3. If you purchased prior to 7/13/2021 and upgrade, your order limit is higher than listed. Users who purchased during this time use a different track. Here are your levels:
