How to email web connector log file

There are some errors that are only accessible if we see your web connector's local log. To send us the log, follow these steps:

 

  1. In QuickBooks, go to File > Update Web Services

  2. In the web connector, click View Log

  3. In Notepad, click File > Save As

  4. Save the file to your desktop and send it to us.
