How does Connex map shipping methods for QuickBooks Desktop?
QuickBooks Desktop has a shipping method field, but its max length is 15 characters. With this field, you can specify no shipping amount. You must add a line item for shipping.
What if I have a method in the ship method field?
In this case, Connex will map it. Connex will locate a line item that looks like a shipping method and map the amount. In this example, the shipping method is 2 day and the shipping amount is $10:
