How do I map Divisions From Connex to QuickBooks Online?
You can use our Rules Engine to dynamically map Divisions in QuickBooks based on your order criteria
Scenario One: Mapping ALL orders to a single Division
- Head to our Rules Engine, and click "Map field, based on a condition" and advance.
- Choose the action "Map Order Department"
- Click the "Add" button on Step 3
- Follow the formatting below. In this case, this will allow the rule to always run
- On the last step ("What should the value be?") enter the Division you wish to map all orders to and then click Submit
Scenario Two: Mapping specific orders from a Selling Channel to a specific Division
This scenario would be if you want orders from a specific source, location, or selling channel to end up with their respective division in QuickBooks Online.
- Head to our Rules Engine, and click "Map field, based on a condition" and advance.
- Choose the action "Map Order Department"
- Click the "Add" button on Step 3
- Follow the formatting below. In this case, it will map all orders from "Online Retail" to the "NYC Warehouse" division.
- On the final step, enter "NYC Warehouse" and then Submit.
