What are the plan limits?

Here are the plan limits:

  • Silver level has one selling channel.
  • Gold has two selling channels.
  • Platinum has three selling channels.

I am a silver subscriber and I need more channels. What are next steps?

If you use silver or gold, you must upgrade to the next pricing tier. If you are on the platinum tier, then you can buy additional channels. 

What is a channel?

Log into Connex. On our dashboard, count the number of connections:

I purchased prior to July of 2022 and I have more than three selling channels. How is this counted?

How is Amazon counted?

Each Amazon connection counts as a single channel. Amazon, Amazon Europe, and Amazon Australia would count as three. If you purchased prior to July of 2022, contact us.

I have a testing site. Does that count?

No, a testing site does not count. The staging site usually has staging or dev in the URL. Please contact us.

What is the pricing, if I am a platinum user and I need to add more channels?

Current pricing is $1,000 per year per channel.

How do I add more channels, if I have less than 3?

You must upgrade to the next tier of service. If you have two channels, you must upgrade to platinum. Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. On the top right, click your name.
  3. Click my account.
  4. Click change plan.
  5. Choose either a monthly or annual plan.
  6. Choose the next tier.
  7. On our dashboard, click add channel.

Connex holds your license key in memory for 24 hours. If you are still unable to add a channel, click your browser cache.

What if I have more than 3 selling channels and I want to add a selling channel?

To add more channels, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. On the top right, click your name.
  3. Click my account.
  4. Click add selling channel.
  5. On our dashboard, click add channel.
