How do I upgrade my account to another pricing tier or buy more orders?

Connex plans are based on the number of orders synced per year. If you encounter this error message in the Connex transaction log, it means the number of available orders for your current plan is exhausted. 

Sales that create or update an existing sale are counted.

You can view how many orders you have synced, and how many orders your plan allows by visiting the Connex Dashboard.

To review more details on your plan, click on your name in the top left corner of the dashboard

Until this error message is resolved either by purchasing additional orders or upgrading your plan, no orders will sync.


Upgrade Plan

By upgrading your plan, you will receive many more orders to sync. You will receive benefits like a two way inventory sync or deposit matching.  When your subscription renews, your max order count remains identical.

    Here are the steps:

    1. Login to your Connex account.
    2. Click on your name in the upper-right.
    3. Click my account.
    4. Choose change plan.
    5. Choose a monthly or annual plan:

    Can I just pay for more orders?

    Yes, you can subscribe to metered billing. You will pay only for sales that you need. For more info, read this guide.

      What if I choose not to upgrade?

      Connex notifies you, if you reach 500 sales of your limit. If you exceed the sales, then the import will stop. Your subscription will still remain active. The sync will cease, until you upgrade.
