Email Alert When Connection/Sync Is Broken
The system already sends email alerts when there are order issues. Probably more important to know is if Connex cannot connect to the store.
Currently, if the connection is broken because of authentication, DNS, or firewall issues, Connex silently fails. It does not email you, it does not show any errors in the dashboard logs, it still shows an updated "Last Run" time.
The only indication of a problem is when the numbers are off in Quickbooks or inventory is off in Magento.
The integration between Connex and Magento is critical for all functions and therefore should call for the attention of an administrator by an email notification.
