Fix Dashboard "Errors" Log Bug

The dashboard Error log does not display connection/authentication errors, or possibly errors containing HTML (?). This makes it impossible to know if there are connection errors until you click "Export to Excel" where the hidden entries are revealed.

This seems like a critical bug as it significantly impacts the health of a connection.

There is no way to know if the connection is broken if there are no errors displayed in the dashboard.

Furthermore, the "Connex Task Manager" should also put a "Status" column to explain what happened during the "Last Run"... at a glance, if the Last Run column has a date and there are no other errors in the dashboard, everything appears OK, regardless of whether Connex is even able to connect to the server.
