Create a new support ticket with us. You must send us these logs:

1. Please enable these logs:

- Verbose QBXML Log - https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/article/QBD-QBSDK-Logging
- Verbose QBWC Log - https://help.developer.intuit.com/s/article/QBWC-Logging

2. Run the web connector.
3. Attach the logs to this email.
4. In QuickBooks, press F2. A screen will appear. For Mac users, read this guide to press F2:


5. Take a screenshot. You can use SnagIt or the Windows Snipping Tool.
6. Did you recently update QuickBooks to a newer version or did you perform a company file rebuild?
