Where do I find my billing information?

Connex features a dual-platform management system. Therefore, you will have two accounts with us:

  1. Connex itself;
  2. Our proprietary billing system. 

To access your billing history:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Click your name in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Order History - you'll be redirected to our billing system. Note: This login may be different from your Connex username.
  4. Alternatively, you can navigate to our billing system directly by clicking here.

 

What is the cancellation policy?

Before cancelling your subscription, please review our cancellation and termination policy.

How do I cancel?

Before cancelling, please consider helping us and future customers with a short exit survey.

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Click on your name in the upper-right corner.
  3. Click Order History. You'll be redirected to our billing system.
  4. Sign into our billing system. 
  5. Click cancel payment: mceclip0.png
  6. Please wait 15 - 30 seconds for the process to complete.
  7. Upon completion, the grid will disappear. This is how you know recurring billing is cancelled.
