You must map this item to an existing item in QuickBooks.

What is the cause of this error?

If your product contains a colon, then Connex will fail to sync the item or match it properly in QuickBooks. You must map this item to a different product:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. On the right, click rules engine.
  3. Click action > add new rule.
  4. As the action, choose map SKU.
  5. Enter the map from and map to values.
