At times, you may be asked to pair our software. Your settings remain intact, but your account is disconnected.
How do I pair Connex?
Here are the steps:
- In QuickBooks, click apps on the left.
- Click the my apps.
- Next to Connex, click the action button or click the ellipses:
- Click disconnect. Your settings will remain intact.
- As the reason, enter other.
- Sign in to our software.
- When prompted, follow the wizard.
- At the my connections page, click manage.
- Expand the first area of our configure page.
- Click save and sync.
Your sync will resume shortly.
