This error can occur, if you have a weak internet connection. Although you would have to login to use Connex, you could move your QuickBooks to RightNetworks. What kind of reports could cause this error?
During the sync, close all report windows in QuickBooks. We are working on a detailed list of reports running that could cause this sync. If possible, try syncing in single user mode.
