How do I manually send orders from ShipWorks to QuickBooks?

Introduction

You must set-up a custom action saying if you click a button, then send the order to our software.

How do I make the custom action?

Here are the steps:

  1. In ShipWorks, go to manage > action.
  2. Click new action.
  3. Under add task, select send web request.
  4. In the request URL field, enter one of these values:
    1. QuickBooks Online users: https://www.connexonlinesync.com/shipworks/index?id=ENTER_EMAIL HERE
    2. QuickBooks Desktop users: https://www.connexforquickbooks.com/shipworks/index?id=ENTER_EMAIL HERE
  5. Replace ENTER_EMAIL_HERE with the email of your QuickBooks account: sw.jpg
  6. In ShipWorks, click the home tab.
  7. Select the orders.
  8. Click the custom button:
