In some cases, you want to preview inventory before it syncs. If you adjust your settings, then you want to ensure the stock levels are correct.
How do I turn on the preview?
With the preview activated, inventory remains queued in Connex. Here are the steps:
- Login to Connex, click manage at My Connections.
- Expand Sync Inventory from QuickBooks Manually and set the timers back.
- Go to the task page at connexforquickbooks.com/task and delete all tasks.
- Run the web connector.
- Go to connexforquickbooks.com/myconnections
- Click reports on the left.
- Click pending inventory.

To turn on your sync, follow these steps:
- Go to the my connections page.
- Choose your connection.
- Click manage.
- Expand the first area.
- Click submit.
