How do I map the field?
QuickBooks has no field called PO number, but you can use a QuickBooks custom field and call it PO. Here are the steps:
- In QuickBooks, click the gear box.
- Click account and settings.
- On the left, click sales.
- Under sales form content, click custom fields.
- Add a field called PO and check both boxes. Here is an example.
- Click save.
- Click done.
- Go to the Connex rules engine.
- Add this rule.
