Our solution syncs orders between QuickBooks Online and Zoho. You must set-up a scheduled task in Connex, turn on QuickBooks class tracking, create some new invoices or sales receipts in QuickBooks.
How do I pair Zoho with your solution?
You must generate an auth token and insert it into our app. Here are the steps:
- At the My Connections page, select Zoho.
- Enter your Zoho username and password.
- Click submit.
How to I start syncing orders to and from Zoho?
You must turn on your syncing task in Connex. In settings, expand the sync direction Tab and choose which way you would like to sync. You can choose one direction, or both. Next choose your Sync Interval. Click Save Settings and Sync Now to save.
How do I sync orders from Zoho to QuickBooks?
Create and order in Zoho. Your order will automatically be created in QuickBooks Online with the next sync. If you wish to sync orders from a previous date, perform a manual sync:
How do I sync orders from QuickBooks Online to Zoho?
You must have class tracking turned on in QuickBooks, create a new class called "Zoho" and turn on the task setting in Connex to sync orders from QuickBooks to Zoho.
Enable Class Tracking
Each order will have a class called Zoho. This tells our software to send the orders to Zoho. To enable class tracking, follow these steps:
- In QuickBooks, click the gear > company settings.
- Click track classes > on:
- Click save.
- Open an invoice or sales receipt in QuickBooks Online. Add a class called Zoho at the top.
Enable Sync from QuickBooks
To turn on the sync from QuickBooks to Zoho, expand the Task Menu in Connex and add 'Sync Orders from QuickBooks' under the Sync Direction option.
How do I remove inactive auth tokens?
Our software uses your user name and password to create a special password, used for pairing Zoho. If the user name and password in your account is wrong and you try to to sync, our tool will generate another Zoho token. You can have ten Zoho tokens before you must delete them manually:
- Login with your Zoho account at the token page.
- Check all the fields that say Connex:
- Click remove selected.
- Return to our my connections page.
- Click manage.
