How do I add the selling channel name to the class field?

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. On the my connections page, click configure.
  3. Expand the transaction area.
  4. In the class field, enter store name.
  5. If you want to use locations, enter store name in the location field.

How do I change the class, based on the selling channel location?

Since QuickBooks Online has no sales rep field, you could say the class field is AZ is the order is sold on Amazon. Here are the steps:

  1. Go to the Connex rules engine.
  2. Add this rule.

How do I change the class, based on the SKU?

Connex can choose a class for each QuickBooks line item, based on the product SKU. Here are the steps:

  1.  Create a row for each SKU and class combination.
  2. Login to Connex.
  3. Hover over the gear and click rules engine.
  4. Click the blue 'Action' button, Click upload
  5. Upload the sheet.

Here is an example order.

How do I pull reports by class?

Here are the steps:

  1. On the left of QuickBooks Online, click reports.
  2. In the search box, click class.
  3. Select sales by class detail to view products or profit and loss by class to view income accounts. If you use location, search for profit and loss or sales by location detail.
  4. You will see a report that groups orders by class and income account.

Using this report, you could tell how much money a sales rep brings to the company or a selling channel sells a product.
