How do I activate my subscription?

When customers register a Connex account, this automatically begins a 14-day free trial of Connex. Next, when a subscription is purchased, the 14-day free trial must be activated.

I am a trial user. Do I need a license key?

No license key is required for trial users.

I purchased. How do I activate my account?

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. On the top right, click your name.
  3. Click activate license:

  4. Enter the email used to purchase Connex. The email is identical to your store.syncwithconnex.com login.

I activated successfully. What's next?

You will see the my account page. To access it in the future, login to Connex. Click your name and my account.

If I delete my account, is my license key removed?

Yes, the key is removed. In this case, you will need to reactivate the subscription.

I am an active subscriber, but I see an error about being on a trial.

You must activate your license key, after you purchase. Since the email used to purchase can be different from your Connex account, our software performs no auto activation.
