How do I activate my subscription?
When customers register a Connex account, this automatically begins a 14-day free trial of Connex. Next, when a subscription is purchased, the 14-day free trial must be activated.
I am a trial user. Do I need a license key?
No license key is required for trial users.
I purchased. How do I activate my account?
Here are the steps:
- Login to Connex.
- On the top right, click your name.
- Click activate license:
- Enter the email used to purchase Connex. The email is identical to your store.syncwithconnex.com login.
I activated successfully. What's next?
On the Dashboard, you will see your renewal date and number of orders synced in the My Subscription window.
If I delete my account, is my license key removed?
Yes, the key is removed. In this case, you will need to reactivate the subscription.
I am an active subscriber, but I see an error about being on a trial.
You must activate your license key, after you purchase. Since the email used to purchase can be different from your Connex account, our software performs no auto activation. If you encounter issues attempting to activate your account, please click here.
