Find User Name


Some users login to QuickBooks with a username, instead of an email. If the user name on our system fails to match your username, then you won't see your settings on Cloud Cart Connector

Find Email

  1. If you don't know the email that matches your account with us, contact us.
  2. Login to QuickBooks Online
  3. Click the gear box > manage users
  4. Click edit on the user record.
  5. Note the email and user name: 
  6. If the sign in name and email don't match, then double click other records until you find it. 
  7. Once you find the sign in name, log out of QuickBooks.
  8. Login as the user name
  9. Go to
  10. You'll be redirected to my connections where you will see your settings.
