Some users login to QuickBooks with a username, instead of an email. If the user name on our system fails to match your username, then you won't see your settings on Cloud Cart Connector
- If you don't know the email that matches your account with us, contact us.
- Login to QuickBooks Online
- Click the gear box > manage users
- Click edit on the user record.
- Note the email and user name:
- If the sign in name and email don't match, then double click other records until you find it.
- Once you find the sign in name, log out of QuickBooks.
- Login as the user name
- Go to cloudcartconnector.com/openid
- You'll be redirected to my connections where you will see your settings.
