How do I map the Infusionsoft Order Id to the QuickBooks order number field?

What is the difference between the invoice and order ID fields?

There are two identifiers for an invoice in Infusionsoft by Keap. The first is an invoice id, which you see by clicking view orders. The second is an invoice number (a.k.a. order id) that you see when print previewing an invoice. Most of the time, these numbers are the same. When you delete orders, these numbers can be different. Here is an example:

Our software matches the Infusionsoft order id column to the QuickBooks order number field.

If you deleted the rule, Connex can readd it:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. On the right, click rules engine.
  3. Delete the rule called switch order Id.
  4. On the top, use the navigation to return to the my connections page.
  5. Under existing connections, choose Infusionsoft.
  6. Click manage.
  7. Expand the first area.
  8. Click submit.

If you want to map the invoice ID, follow these steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. On the right, click rules engine.
  3. Locate the rule called switch order Id.
  4. Click map from.
  5. Delete all rows.

Although the rule exists, the map from values are missing. Connex will never run the rule.
