Can I update an order in Shopify and update it in QuickBooks?

How does it work?

Connex will check for duplicate sales, delete them, and reinsert the new one.

How do I enable it?

Here are the steps:

  1. Login to Connex.
  2. Click settings.
  3. Click orders to QuickBooks.
  4. In the order status field, enter paid. This ensures modified sales reach Connex.
  5. Click advanced.
  6. Under misc. settings, select update matching sales from Shopify to QuickBooks.
  7. Sync a sale to QuickBooks.
  8. In Shopify, modify the sale. This means an exchange or changing line items.
  9. Run the web connector.
  10. Connex will delete the old sale and sync the new one.
