Can I sync unsettled transactions?
You can select unsettled transaction status
Out of box, Connex waits for transactions to settle. You can sync unsettled sales, but refunds could sync as a sale and a refund. Our software assumes authorizations are sales. Here are the steps:
- Login to Connex.
- Click manage.
- Click sync direction.
- Expand settings.
- Choose daily as the sync interval. This will ensure the refund settles and becomes a refund.
- Expand orders.
- Expand sync orders to QuickBooks.
- Expand advanced transaction.
- Check sync settled transactions.
