Can I sync orders from QuickBooks to OntraPort?
Connex offers a sync of orders from QuickBooks
Where do the orders sync?
We sync to the transactions tab. For API docs, please read this guide.
Do I need payment gateway?
You must make a payment gateway in OntraPort, prior to syncing orders. Otherwise, you will get an error saying invalid gateway ID.
Can you map order statuses?
Not at this time. We just map order information.
Does Connex create products, if missing?
Yes, Connex will create the products:
|SKU||QuickBooks Item Name|
|Title||QuickBooks Item Description|
Does Connex create contacts?
Yes, Connex will create them. For more info, read this guide.
How do the fields map?
