Can I sync deals from HubSpot to QuickBooks?
Our tools syncs deal by their date created to QuickBooks
How do I set-up the integration?
Here are the steps:
- Login to Connex.
- Click add connection.
- Choose HubSpot.
- Sign into HubSpot through Connex.
- When asked for a sync direction, choose sync orders to QuickBooks.
- Complete the wizard.
How do you query sales?
We pull deals using the date created field. For example, give me all deals created from 6/9 to 6/11. You can use our rules engine to filter deals by status. In this example, Connex will skip all open deals:
- Login to Connex.
- Click rules > my rules on the left.
- Click add new rule.
- Click next.
- As the action, choose do not export order to QuickBooks.
- In the comparison, enter order status > equals > open.
- Leave map to blank.
- Finish the wizard.
