Map Order Date Can I sync Amazon Orders by date paid instead of purchase or ship date?
A guide on mapping the Amazon order date field
How does the field map?
Here is our field mapping:
- If you sync sales prior to shipment, then Connex maps the order creation date.
- Otherwise, Connex maps the order ship date.
- Connex maps a field called paid date to the Amazon order date field.
We map the order ship date because Amazon allows split shipments. This means two sales can have the same number, but different ship dates. This ensures Connex can sync split shipments.
How do I map the order creation date to the QuickBooks order date field?
Here are the steps:
- Login to our software.
- On the left, click Rules Engine > My Rules.
